It's so easy to get carried away at Christmas and buy too many gifts for each person. Shop with a list and when you've finished buying for one person then wrap up all their gifts. It's a good way of underlining to yourself that their present is complete. Do stick to this and don't be tempted by all the little extras that the shops have placed seductively by the tills!
