Harness those Rainy-Day Blues

Summer days conjure up visions of barbecues, beaches and the great outdoors. Unfortunately in our unpredictable British climate it's just as likely to be pouring with rain. But instead of feeling miserable and cooped up - use the next rainy Saturday to kick-start your decluttering. Tackle an area that you've been meaning to sort out all year - whether it's advertising things on ebay, sorting out your kitchen cupboards or getting your kids to sort out their overflowing toy boxes and bookshelves.

Then when the sun comes out again you'll especially enjoy that trip to the park or early evening gin and tonic!
