Rent, don't buy...

When I was growing up it was common for people to rent domestic appliances such as TVs and washing machines. Radio Rentals were on every high street in the UK. Now it's the norm to buy and own our stuff - making sure we keep up to date with ever changing technology and new products. So there's a TV in every room and our homes are overflowing with DVDs, DIY equipment and stuff we only use once and then have to find room to store.

So make your April resolution to rent - don't buy. DVDs are a great example. Why not try one of the schemes where you can rent DVDs by post:

That way you get all the pleasure but don't have to clutter up your home with an ever-growing DVD collection.
